Two words

With the advent of twitter with its 140 character tweet limits, I have thought about the brevity of our current language. As I writer, I have considered further the impact of brief yet profound statements. Obviously, many short, profound statements take pages of set up, but what could we all do with two words? Here are some of my two-word thoughts.

Not you!

Water! Everywhere!

Purple elephants!

Duck, now!

She’s gone.

Black death!

Attila’s returned.

Feel free to comment with your best two-word thoughts.

My name is Jo Ann Gilbert Stover. I, too, am an author of now three published books, but am far from being rich. I write because my mind won’t quit coming up with ideas. I love to read and I love to write. It is great to read what others have written. I’ve learned that even if you don’t become rich at writing, don’t quit because there are those of us out there that want to read about how you think. My two words are “write and sell”.

The two words that come to mind when I read this was “I win.”
I think they are two very motivating and powerful words. Thanks for sharing this.
