Just a quick thought for the day:

I remember years ago the slogan, “If you can read a book, thank a teacher.” I’d like to add my own twist to that. “If you enjoyed a book, thank the author.”

So, how do you thank the author? Write a review. It’s that simple. Write a review on Amazon or Goodreads or any other place you can think of. You’d be amazed at how much that means to an author. I have to admit that before I started writing my own books I never wrote a review of any other book. I’m not sure why. I guess I never thought it mattered. Now I understand that it does. So, take my challenge and write a review of a book you’ve enjoyed lately. If you like, post a link to it at the end of this blog. I’m always looking for my next good read!
